0000005: Implement translucent poly sorting
The PVR2 is supposed to (optionally?) z-sort translucent polys. Need to determine under what circumstances exactly the depth sorting takes place, and implement in the renderer.

It may be possible to take advantage of the tile data to speed this up (once it's generated), but for the time being just get something in to fix the obvious display glitches that the lack of this is causing.
