0000017: Implement status and audio commands

Description

As used in the BIOS CD play screen. 40h appears to be status of some kind. Once this is done it should be fairly easy to add the audio functions (at least at a stub level).

Actually playing the cd audio from an image file needs to be implemented as well, probably via the main audio mixer. Native cd drivers can probably play directly.

(0000031) nkeynes (administrator) 2007-02-11 16:51	1. Support for real devices - pretty easily done. AICA needs a way to set the cd volume though. 2. Support for image files w/ CDDA data - needs a back-channel to pipe audio data to the mixer.
